History

Inno-Flex started in 1973 as Lakeside Nameplate Company. Back then, we specialized mostly in screen printing and other related projects. It wasn’t until 1980 that we began using our screen-printing technology to break into the growing membrane switch market. Over the next few decades, we expanded our capabilities and became a company of firsts. We were the first to make a membrane switch that could withstand temperatures of up to 105˚C, the first to create a realistic-looking stainless steel overlay out of printed plastic—and that’s just a start.

Inno-Flex’s Commitment to our Customers

Inno-Flex’s commitment to customer service begins with up-front design recommendations. It continues by solving quality problems, presenting cost reduction concepts, meeting delivery dates and giving timely communication, as well as being price competitive.

Through open communication on our process capabilities and the education given to us by our customers of their product needs and applications, we have been successful in servicing our customers. In turn, this commitment to our customers drives our direction for continual process improvement. Some call this relationship a partnership between the customer and the supplier. We call it our life line; the way successful business is done in today’s world.

Inno-Flex’s future is based on growth in the product areas of in mold labels, decorative overlays, membrane switches and control panel assemblies. This future growth requires continual improvement in all that we do. We know this is a never-ending process.

Our company has a can-do attitude and thrives on finding new and better ways to do things. It’s what makes us tick. We are constantly striving for perfection and working to eliminate problems.

We are committed from the top down in these beliefs and see our step by step attainment as the road to the future.
